We do not take insurance and do not participate in insurance networks.
Dr. Waller is licensed as independent clinical social worker, and as such his professional services may qualify for patient reimbursement under most insurance plans.
Coverage varies widely from policy to policy, so you may want to review your benefits to determine your expected reimbursement. You are responsible for making a payment at the time of service. Upon request, I will provide you with an invoice to submit to your insurance network.
